滋賀県長浜市 長浜サイエンスパーク内に新工場を稼働された星野科学株式会社様の業務案内ムービーを制作させていただきました。
星野科学株式会社は、大量廃棄が問題となっている現代の中で、廃棄物ゼロの美味しい食材製造を目指した事業を展開されています。
従来ならば規格外となってしまうキズもの等の青果が、独自の酵素処理技術を用いると原料ペーストという新しい形の農産加工品として生まれ変わるのです。
宇治にある本社工場の紹介とともに、勢いのある新事業の紹介を打ち出せるように工夫して制作させていただきました。
Hoshino Kagaku, Inc.
Hoshino Science, Inc., which has a new factory in the Nagahama Science Park in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture, had us create a video guide to their company. Mass disposal of consumables is at present a problem; Hoshino Science is developing a project which aims to produce delicious food with zero waste. For example, damaged fruits and vegetables that fail to meet current standards can, using Hoshino's unique enzyme technology, become a raw paste and be sold as a new kind of processed agricultural product.
We worked hard to produce a striking introduction to this new business, as well as Hoshino Science's Uji factory.
